On 7-8 January I went on my bike to the moorfoots and back for a ski trip.

To do this, ages ago I sort of hacked together a ski rack for my bike/bike rack for my skis using old bits of wood or whatever and a screwdriver.

On day one I swung by Uplands Roast, cycled down to the moorfoots, had a look around, then stayed the night at a pub/inn.

On day two I cycled to NT256515, left my bike near the road and went on foot along like a sort of track type thing for a bit. Then I met these people coming the other way (also with skis) and one of them said 'we've just been up there', and pointed up there, so then I went up there (photo), skied back down, walked back to my bike and cycled home.
